Pro Air Conditioner Service

We are repeat, satisfied customers. Our first excellent experience was as new homeowners on an extremely hot day when our A/C was barely working and the outdoor unit was frozen. We called for HVAC service and they quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Philip came out the very next day and had our system cooling again within an hour. He was friendly, polite, and professional, and explained everything he was doing, which I appreciated. Later on, when we wanted to install a mini-split (ductless system) for our upstairs attic conversion, they were the first company we called. We got a couple of quotes from other places, but Philip was the most courteous, took the time to go over all the op…

I manage properties in Wilmington. I used to have constant trouble with the AC units until Pro Air Conditioner Service started working here. I was always searching for a reliable AC repair service, and that's how I found them. Keith came highly recommended, and it was such a relief to finally have someone with real experience come by. Keith really knows air conditioning inside and out. He can figure out any AC problem and fix it quickly. His attitude is always friendly and respectful. The quality of his work is excellent—he uses the best parts, never cuts corners, and takes his time to do the job right. Most importantly, he stands by his repairs. The AC systems he fixed are running perf…

Philip arrived ahead of schedule and promptly began examining my heater. He was extremely courteous and effective, quickly informing me that my heater was in working order, with all components functioning as they should. Whenever Pro Air Conditioner Service comes around, I never feel apprehensive. They have a vast knowledge of heater repair systems. They come highly recommended and I wouldn't consider engaging anyone else. I had my heater serviced once more by Jalen. I entered into a year-long contract. The heater was in top shape, and a few hours later, my place was nice and warm. I was highly satisfied with the service call. Eric also came around to service my heater. I reached out to…

These guys at Pro Air Conditioner Service have been impressively professional throughout the entire process. Our furnace broke down at the worst possible time, right at the tail end of the cold weather season. Bentley visited our home and instead of trying to sell us a new furnace right away, he suggested that we wait until the promotional period, which saved us $800. When Jalen and Colin arrived, they were incredibly courteous and ensured that they left my house even cleaner than they found it. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and provided me with all the necessary contact numbers in case of any issues. Purchasing a new furnace can be a hassle, but if you have to do …

I can't express enough how impressive Pro Air Conditioner Service and their technician, Philip, have been. Philip was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The trustworthiness of this company is beyond compare, especially when you might be worried about being taken advantage of. They provided me with multiple options for my A/C repair and gave a thorough assessment of the overall condition of my furnace and A/C in my Wilmington home. I was immensely impressed on all fronts. Wow!
